When do I pay?
For one-off events: at the moment you open the booth to guests. You can set up, configure, and test the event for free; the paywall only triggers when you click "Open booth."
What if I refund?
Email us — refunds are processed manually within 24 hours if the booth never opened. Venue subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period.
Hardware: the booth and TV box
Available to active venue subscribers. The physical booth runs the same browser app guests already know; the TV preview box mirrors the live feed onto any HDMI display. Get in touch for pricing.
What counts as "an event" for the daily cap?
A booth session belonging to one named occasion. The 2/day cap applies to the venue — events at different venues you own count independently against each venue's cap.
