Use of the service

By using everyonesnaps.com or any EveryoneSnaps booth, you agree to these terms. The service is offered as-is and is intended for capturing, delivering, and managing event photos.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access photos that aren't yours.
• Do not abuse retrieval endpoints (rate-limited; sustained abuse will be blocked).
• Event hosts agree to use the management tools only on events they own or have been invited to.

Intellectual property

Photos belong to the people in them and the event host. EveryoneSnaps processes and stores them on behalf of the host; we do not claim ownership.

Disclaimers

The service is provided without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep photos available for the retention window configured per event, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

SMS terms

• Program name: EveryoneSnaps photo delivery SMS.
• Frequency: You will receive one SMS per photo session that you opt into. This is a transactional message, not recurring marketing.
• Message frequency: one message per photo session requested by the guest.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact admin@travelminds.com.
• Carriers: Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
